Search Executives – entry to executive search and recruitment
Associate Consultants – previous executive search and recruitment experience
Consultants – established search consultants and recruiters
Senior Consultants – highly experienced search consultants and recruiters
Director – able to develop and implement a growth strategy within a core specialist market, growing and leading a team with P&L accountability
From Associate Consultant level and above, the opportunity to hire and manage others is available if desired.
You will be joining us at an exciting time where we have a long list of active clients who are asking us to support them every week. This will enable you to have active clients and vacancies from an early stage.
We cater to a wide range of life science disciplines and can tailor your specialist area to your strengths, experience, and character.
As well as catering to existing demand, we are looking for new hires to build our specialist markets which will require a proactive business development strategy and skills. We can discuss our current focus and future specialist markets at interview stage.
QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR
Our team comprises a wide range of characters from a variety of backgrounds. Common qualities across the team include:
- Articulate communication skills (including English)
- Scientific curiosity and an interest in healthcare innovation and access
- A desire to help others (clients, candidates, colleagues and patients)
At each level there is a good base salary, benchmarked to ensure it is fair.
Our commission plan is simple and designed to enable high-potential, less experienced colleagues and experienced industry professionals alike to achieve exceptional results.
There is no minimum threshold, you earn commission from your first successful introduction.
We pay commission in four tiers: 10%, 15%, 23% and rising to 30% with a discretionary bonus available for those exceeding annual targets.
As soon as you achieve the applicable revenue milestone, you move straight up to the next commission bracket. The milestones are set at an achievable level for example, moving to our 23% bracket upon achieving revenue or £46’001 at an Associate Consultant level and £60’001 at a Consultant level.
We separately and additionally reward the winning of new clients and also, providing multiple solutions in one month to the same client.
Team social events and individual rewards are also put in place as additional incentives to recognise great performance and to celebrate success as a team and/or individually, with partners, family or friends. We recognise that not everyone wants to go on an incentive trip with their colleagues and so we are flexible to suit individuals.
Those entering the senior leadership team, additional rewards and incentives are put in place.
Office Vs Home
Office based, remote working/work from home, or hybrid working are all possible.
Our UK office is in a beautiful, historic, and culturally rich location in the heart of Tunbridge Wells (Pantiles), surrounded by unique shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. During the summer months, there is live music every Thursday just a few steps away from the office.

We have a sensible and pragmatic commission split scheme that recognises the proportionate contribution from each colleague involved in enabling a successful client solution.
Training is available at all levels and tailored to your needs. This can be delivered in-house or externally as needed.

Our annual leave entitlement is uncapped.
For entry level roles we provide a minimum of 20 days paid annual leave plus paid public holidays
Annual leave entitlement rises with seniority.
You also have achievable incentives to gain more paid annual leave throughout the year.

COMMS - You will have an App to manage all your work-related phone calls across all devices. No need to put-in expense claims.

MICROSOFT OFFICE - All major Microsoft programs are available to you as you would expect. All accessible in the cloud.
