Associate Resource Analyst, Site Payments - Sofia, Bulgaria

Our global Clinical department consists of colleagues with institutional knowledge, in-depth therapeutic experience, and robust operational tools. Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programs, minimize delays and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.

Summarized Purpose:
Ensures the efficient utilization and forecasting of labor needs of site payments resources in each assigned geographical area through independent evaluation and analysis. Impacts the performance and profitability of project teams from a quality, operational and financial aspect across all therapeutic areas. Serves as the primary liaison for technical and systems planning, troubleshooting, process improvement and operational analytics.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Analyzes, tracks and identifies resource needs and assignments.
  • Identifies resource availability and assignments and coordinates data with others responsible for coordinating resources
  • Utilizes internal database to produce and collate input, and to finalize and distribute resourcing reports to appropriate department management.
  • Undertakes special projects with a goal of ongoing improvement and streamlining the resourcing function including long range metrics and projections and proactively identifying and recommending solutions for current and future resourcing needs.
  • Acts as technical liaison to provide input into development of dashboards, data quality, and troubleshoots data issues.
  • Tracks resource utilization according to study activity and analyzes against allocation and interprets data to identify discrepancies between allocations and actual utilization.
  • Interacts with internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional areas.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Broad knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting methods and applicable tools for tracking and forecasting needs
  • Effective negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and facilitation skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical ability
  • Ability to proactively gather, interpret and evaluate information from a variety of resources to make decisions and recommendations
  • Understanding of expectations and resourcing needed to effectively staff project teams to promote business goals and future authorizations
  • Knowledge of relational databases and ability to generate reports
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
  • Proven ability to multitask in order of priority in a deadline driven environment with optimal efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong mentoring and training skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
