Job Details
Covance is looking for a Digital Imaging Lead to join our Histology Team in Indianapolis, IN.
This role will oversee, develop, and perform digital imaging services utlized across Central Laboratory Services histology labs. The individual will serve as a project leader responsible for leading efforts associated with upgrades and expansions of digital imaging technologies across CLS sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage global operations of Digital Pathology Services and Digital Imaging Services.
- Perform digital pathology system administration, aids Pathologists staff in digital pathology functions.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert, Test Suite Writer, and Test Script Executor in validation efforts related to digital pathology and similar technologies when needed
- Connect with adminsitrator from BioA /Early development business unit, lab scientists for AI and IT resources.
- Mentor, train, and serve as primary resource for staff engaged in digital imaging projects and services.
- Participate in client and vendor visits.
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical discipline. Experience can be substituted for education
Minimum Required:
- At least two years of related experience
- Skilled in photographic principles and techniques, digital imaging technology and systems
- Communication skills
