Currently PPD is looking for a self-driven professional with strong organizational skills for the position of an HR Data Management Team Lead

The HR Data Management team a global team which provides centralized support for the PPD employees (over 29 000 in nearly 50 countries). The scope is monitoring and audits of the data in the main HCM system (Oracle). The team operates globally and has members in India, the US and Bulgaria.

The Team Lead is a growth role for our function, needed to support the further optimization of our work and development of members.

Your role will focus on enabling and empowering the team to achieve high level outcomes in the most efficient manner. The main responsibilities will include:
    • Serves as escalation point for complex cases
    • Coordinates the development and improvement of the HRDM work instructions/internal procedures
    • Reviews team procedures, provides proposals for improvement and coordinates their implementation
    • Supports complex data analysis
    • Support each team member in their professional growth (mentoring/training)
    • Facilitates for positive and productive team dynamic
    • Supports the manager of the team in coordination with other teams and introduction of new work elements


Your skills and experience would be:
  • Solid HR background with good understanding all HR functions and their role and data needs
  • Experience with HR systems and data management (reporting experience would be relevant as well)
  • Excellent command of Excel (complex formulas, VBA/macros and data modelling would be a plus)
  • Operational/functional management of teams
  • People management experience would be considered an advantage
  • Process design and optimization - related certification would be considered an advantage
  • Critical thinking, tech savvy, analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent English
  • Strong team player
  • Desire to be an enabler for team success
