Clinical Sourcing Manager – Freelance – Outsourcing

We have several freelance contracts available in Clinical Sourcing at a growing biotech based in Europe. Due to company growth this company are looking to hire contractors on a long term basis with either the opportunity to remain freelance for extensions or alternatively transition to a permanent position. (Candidate preference).  The positions will be homebased with occasional travel (paid for) to the office when it is safe to do so.

Responsibilities

• Vendor selection leadership – Cross-functional team leadership. Leading vendor selection process including project priorities and timelines.
• Contract preparation and negotiation – Preparation of contract documents using appropriate templates incorporating updated project information to ensure the final contract covers vendor activities necessary to fully support the project and that the company interests are safeguarded as well as requirements are reflected.
• Change orders
• Contract performance
• Vendor relationship management
• Study team Involvement
• Compliance
• Process and Template Development
• Business Intelligence

Requirements

• 3+ years multinational pharmaceutical outsourcing experience. 6+ industry experience ideal.
• Experience working with clinical research organisations and clinical study vendors
• Good understanding of project management
