Covance a Labcorp Company is looking to hire a Regional Recruitment Partner for our EMEA region

The RRP is a commercially focused Talent Acquisition role working to Business Unit or Regional alignment.

The desired skill-set would include
  • Exposure to RPO, Strategic Staffing Solutions and Direct Search and Selection
  • Can develop predictive hiring models, influence outcomes and increase revenue for the business
  • Has led tactical workforce planning, employer branding and driven high volume recruitment outcomes
  • Has the demonstrable capabilities to create and present monthly/quarterly reports, newsletters/market reviews.
  • Has led and developed training initiatives that innovate and enhance an organisations capabilities
  • Can Coach Recruiters and Stakeholders on the principles of Talent Acquisition
  • Sales and Business Development experience across multiple European markets
  • In depth understanding of recruitment within the Clinic Research and Pharmaceutical industry


Working within our Global Talent Advisors team you will gain exposure to a broad range of recruitment projects, primarily focused within our Functional Service Provision (FSP) within Clinical Development Commercialization Services.

You will report into the Senior Manager Recruitment, EMEA.

The RRP qualifies and delivers diverse candidate slates for a wide range of positions within assigned client group, including high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions. The RRP works with assigned business unit(s) to understand recruiting needs and translate those needs into specific recruiting strategies and tactics. The RRP will also provide accurate market mapping information; identifying the top performing employees at competitors in anticipation of future talent needs and carries out research on industry trends.

Responsibilities;

Executes recruiting strategy in partnership with stakeholders to drive effective and efficient talent acquisition for Covance.

Builds/establishes open communication with supervisors and managers to determine recruiting needs, assess talent availability in the internal and external talent markets, and develop recruiting plans and strategies,

Consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities.

Develops and maintains effective recruiting networks to source diverse slates of candidates through multiple channels (i.e., college and job fair recruiting, conference attendance, trade journal use, and relationships with agencies and vendors).

Develops offer packages, working with hiring manager and business unit HR as appropriate to ensure competitive offers to attract the needed talent.

Trains and orientates supervisors and employees with respect to recruiting procedures, effective interviewing skills, and applicable laws.

Lead projects as related to recruiting initiatives such as development of candidate sell sheets, position segmentation analysis, and talent landscape profiles for specific positions

Communicates recruiting initiatives to business unit HR, employees and hiring managers.

Maintains applicant tracking system (ATS) data on recruitment activity as required by local laws and regulations.

Execute tactics to support local Affirmative Action Plans to contribute to the achievement of diversity goals.

Maintains required files for job openings and selection decisions.

Produces requested information for monthly reports as needed.

Ensures Metrics and Service Level Agreements are met.

Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience
Experience:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - articulate, well-spoken and confident telephone manner

Experience of presenting recruitment results to key stakeholders and managing hiring plans

Exposure to RFI, RFP and Bid Defence, presenting at C-suite level

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload

A demonstrated track record of sourcing for both volume and difficult-to-fill skillsets.

Resourceful, proactive and creative approach to work

Tenacity and determination to succeed

Experience of recruiting within the Pharmaceutical sector is preferred but not essential. A seasoned and pragmatic recruiter with enthusiasm and a creative outlook would also be considered.

Experience, with major and strong emphasis on sourcing, networking and building talent pipeline across a variety of skill sets.

Demonstrated experience identifying prospective talent in anticipation of future talent needs.

Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

Strong experience using a metric driven approach to developing, tracking and running pipeline.

Demonstrated experience using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates, including passive candidates.
