i-Pharm Consulting are offering an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Digital Engagement Director to shape this role into their own. This newly created role will provide lots of natural career progression with the opportunity to move into a Senior Director position.

You will be accountable for the successful service line delivery and long-term growth of Digital Engagement, providing strategic, operational, leadership, and direction to this group to ensure the highest quality service to our clients.

TITLE:

Director, Digital Engagement

ROLE:

Within this role you will:

• Be accountable for the success of service line delivery and long-term growth of Digital Engagement
• Lead the development of digital offerings, developing and supporting new business strategies and solutions for clients
• Provide strategic, operational, leadership, management and direction to the group
• Work with account management and Customer Strategy teams on new business opportunities, developing detailed business plans and sales strategies
• Consult clients on issues, presenting options, and providing objective advice
• Represent MedCom's capabilities and expertise to internal groups and clients, sometimes serving as a member of industry association boards, task forces, and committees
• Lead the Digital Engagement group to ensure client focused, profitable and timely delivery of projects and programs, implementing policies and procedures

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years-experience as a Line Manager overseeing a team of at least 5
• Worked at Senior Manager level
• Worked in a large corporate environment
• Pharmaceutical Industry, CRO, Client or MedComs agency experience essential
• Solid knowledge of the digital landscape in healthcare, including technical knowledge and its future state
• Proven success in account management and client relationship building, leveraging new business opportunities

LOCATION:

UK - Home based with travel to headquarters 1-2 times per month

SALLARY: Market leading salary + 15% Bonus
