Head of Biostatistics
Location: Poland, Spain, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Italy, France, Belguim, Netherlands, Sweden, UK
Remote working or option to also travel to the office.
Position summary: This role will be focused on Project Management and Team Management. This position will oversee a multifunctional team of around 5-6 statisticians (out of 30) data managers and programmers for a mid sized CRO.
The role will be the second in command to the Director of Biostats, therefore involving strategic planning, is super client facing and providing a high level of service.
The team are known to be loyal, dynamic, are very invested in the project they work on.
The company currently have around 80-90 project on with pharmas, med developers and biotechs which would be shared between the teams across a range of therapeutic areas
