Company summary:

For one of Planet Pharma’s global client we urgently seek a talented Medical Director to join on a permanent basis. A key hirer for the organisation in which you will be responsible for providing medical, scientific, and strategic leadership for the successful planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical management and expertise for clinical trials;
• Experience in any of  the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and or Immunology
• Contribute medical expertise to study reports, regulatory documents, and manuscripts;
• Manage safety issues in clinical trials and work closely with associates in evaluation and assessment of the trials;
• Participate in new business development through involvement in proposal and sponsor meetings as requested;

Requirements:

• Must have an M.D. with board certification
• Proven clinical trial research experience; and
• Previous experience working within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
