Overview

The Senior Program Associate will conduct activities to support the FSP infrastructure and FSP programs under supervision by the Senior Program Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and maintain FSP infrastructure standard templates and reports;
  • Track program deliverables, KPIs, and metrics
  • Manage maintenance, quality control, distribution and archival of program documents per SOPs and Plans
  • Assist with Program team member onboarding and exit activities and documentation
  • Provide quality review of program documents
  • Assist in development of training materials, meeting materials, etc.
  • Support departmental/FSP initiatives
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor level degree with 5+yrs professional business experience.

Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent/expert skills in MS Office Suite, Visio and Project, preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skill sets.
  • Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize work within a multifaceted environment and within deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work in team environment, but also proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight, when needed.
  • Strong experience in metrics tracking, document (template) creation, and process flows.
  • Some experience working remotely.
