Senior R&D Scientist (Organic Chemistry/ Biochemistry)

My client is urgently looking for experienced Senior Scientist to continue the development of their novel technology  which allows the delivery of large genetic payloads to specific single cells.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on Organic Chemist or Biochemist and will have deep experience of working with peptide synthesis in an R&D/ drug discovery context, as well as experience of the formulation (ideally via Microfluidics although other formulation methods considered) of Lipid Nanoparticles. The successful scientist will also have expert knowledge of conjugation, polymer encapsulation, and transfection and well-developed expertise in Gene/mRNA delivery protocols.
