Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide project insights, leadership, and above all, ensure that delivers the most exceptional client service. This entails:

• Serve as a highly effective leader, ensuring positive changes happen for our clients;

• Build more senior-level client-facing skills and develop management and leadership skills;

• Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings;

• Proactively uncover and supports the closure of business development initiatives

• Is aware of and deploys an array of leadership styles and methods in order to get the job done

• Prepare proposals without assistance

• Ensure results are demonstrated in a clear value proposition

• Be aware of best practices, emerging areas, industry trends, and Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook;

• Design and lead the execution of qualitative or quantitative analyses to help clients improve their effectiveness

• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams;

• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.
