WHAT IS THE JOB?

Recruitment is essentially a phone-based sales role, but unlike many other sales roles, we are selling opportunities to people, that could greatly improve their lives. Working closely with our clients across Europe and also internationally, we aim to provide them the best possible recruitment services; essentially sourcing the best quality professionals for their hiring needs. We are building networks with both candidates and clients in several key business markets and aim to put the two together, handling the entire process.

HOW CAN YOU DEVELOP AND WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

Firstly, you will be inducted into our award-winning training programme, which ensures you have the tools you need in order to be as successful and autonomous as possible. Secondly, NonStop has a meritocratic structure, meaning that you are responsible for how fast you want to develop; we offer broad progression routes and uncapped commission structures. On average, new starters are promoted within 3 months joining the company, and achieve management responsibilities in around 1.5 years. You get to work alongside people from all over the world with 27 different nationalities working at NonStop, all with something to give.
Financially, you earn what you put in, but to give you some idea, our top-level performers at Consultant level are taking away upwards of £8,000/month on top of their basic salaries.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Recruitment is a phone-based job and you need to feel comfortable to hold a conversation. It isn't always easy, but those who thrive are those who can pick themselves up when they fall;
* An openness to listen and learn. Those who are training and managing you, (including the CEO) all started out in the same position. They know what you will face and so will always be able to guide and support you when needed;
* Business fluency in both English and German;
* Proof of the right to work in either the UK, German, Czech Republic or Romania. (We unfortunately will not consider applications from candidates without the right to work in these locations)
