Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance - GxP (GMP/GCP)

An exciting and fast paced Biotech are looking for a candidate with a few years experience in Quality Assurance, who wants to take the next step in their career. This is a stable company due to their solid investment, while have products ranging through early and late stage clinical development. So you, will be able to step up and take on some more responsibility, but still remaining quite wide in your experience due to the small size of the organisation. You will also be working closely with the Head of Quality, who will invest in your development.

This role will ideally be a mix of homebased and office based (1-2 days a week), and is somewhere that would be easy to get to from around the South East by car or train.

You should have a few years experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on GMP and ideally also GCP. As this is a smaller biotechnology company, it will be important to remain hands on with CAPA's, SOP'S and helping implement a new eQMS. In addition, you will work alongside senior management on quality issues, so will have excellent visibility in the organisation.
