Senior eTMF Consultant

Hobson Prior are in search for a Senior eTMF Consultant to join an international healthcare organisation who are focused on offering medical solutions to transform patients' lives. This is a permanent position, based in Basel.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will play a critical role in eTMF software implementation projects at life sciences companies.
• To ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle.
• Think critically about business requirements to help design a solution for customer success that will see adoption and ensures alignment of processes to system design and functionality.
• Accountable to manage the setup and maintenance of eTMF for clinical studies in accordance with TMF processes, working with key study personnel such as project manager/study lead and/or sponsors.
• Perform eTMF periodic review of documents for content and completeness and ensure that the TMF is in a state of audit readiness for quality and compliance.
• Review and respond to TMF content quality issues, identify trends per study and across programs, alerts management of trends.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with clinical electronic systems/eTMF.
• Knowledge of regulatory/clinical documents.
• eTMF implementation experience.
• You are self-driven, consultancy mindset, independent.
• Robust administration and organization skills, as well as strong attention to details.
• Ability to act with speed to understand requirements, create related solutions, and willingness to go the "extra mile" to design and implement a clinical operations solution.
