Global Head of Medical Writing - Remote Based

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and lead a team of writers across several countries globally
• Develop and grow the global team in terms of headcount
• Manage international budgets for outsourcing allocations
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, clinical project managers, and business development personnel
• Lead business development in new business opportunities from a writing perspective
• Provide final signoff on global documents and timelines
• Oversee the development of protocols, CSRs, IBs, ICFs, submission documents, and other regulatory documents.

Requirements

• Advanced life science degree
• >5 years of management experience (>6 individuals ideally with international experience)
• >10 years writing protocols, CSRs, IBs, ICFs, submission documents, and other regulatory documents.
• International experience advantageous
• Experience in training, teaching and growing international teams
