HR, Benefits Associate - Global Pharmaceutical Company - EU Wide role

Our client are looking for HR professionals to join their company to support with implementing benefits policies across Europe. 

As a global pharmaceutical company, this business are keen to bring on someone who has some experience in an HR associate/assistant/admin role as long as you have some experience with benefits policies. As this is a EU wide role, you will not only get the opportunity to gain exposure to the pharmaceutical industry but also EU benefits policies which is beneficial experience for anyone looking to progress this career. 

Your main responsibilities as part of this role will be:

- Serve as the first point of contact for benefit inquiries from employees across multiple countries in Europe
- Manage the day to day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in employee life cycle across Europe.
- Ensure all benefit documentation and SOPs are up-to-date
- Maintain online benefit platforms where applicable.
- Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutions
- Have a strong understanding of benefit plans and be the subject matter expert of benefit processes.
- Support any systems related implementations or integrations that affect the benefits system including documenting business requirements and workflows, testing, communication and go-live

Ideally for this position, you will not only have HR and benefits experience, but ideally you will also speak one or more of the following languages: German, Spanish, French or Italian.

This position is based in Uxbridge post-Covid and is initially a 12 month contract which is highly likely to be extended.
