Job Details

Albion Rye Associates are working closely with one of the largest Healthcare Research agencies in the industry, to bring a forward-thinking Research Manager into their fast-growing team. Based in New York, in their new modern offices with access to transport links you would be joining in a new, exciting time for the business (flexible working is negotiable with trips to the office monthly)

After winning a new piece of business they are looking to bring the best talent Market Research has to offer into their team. At research manager level they are looking for either an SRE looking to make the step up or an experienced Research Manager, who is looking to develop their career in a best-in-class Research organisation.

The role

As Research Manager your main responsibilities will be to manage 2-3 exciting projects at a time, making sure the team are hitting project objectives. As well as this there would be an expectation for you to act as the point of contact for clients, preparing and presenting presentations. You will also be supporting senior staff with training and development of junior staff.

Skills and experience 

  • At least 3 - 4 years’ experience doing Market Research within a healthcare agency (or within similar sectors)
  • Have experience either Qualitative & Quantitative data (preferably both)
  • Done mainly Primary Research.
  • Experience working on Prescription and RX is preferred but OTC is fine.
  • Line management OR mentoring of junior staff
  • Comfortable speaking / presenting to clients.
