Principal Scientist

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an exciting and growing clinical stage company developing best-in-class antibody therapeutics. They are seeking to expand their R&D team in the Netherlands with scientific experts particularly within areas such antibody discovery and/or engineering. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support and coach a lab team
• Analysis of therapeutic antibody targets
• Design immunization campaigns
• Generation of antibody panels
• Ensure production and characterization of antibody panels
• Effective and timely delivery of experimental data
• Works closely with external partners such as CROs

Your Background:

• PhD in a relevant life science
• Postdoc/industry experience
• Strong experience within areas such as antibody discovery, antibody/protein engineering, antibody characterization, phage display etc
• Strong understanding of molecular biology
• Fluent English
