Albion Rye Associates are delighted to be recruiting a Freelance Associate Director role to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare communications and PR agencies. They combine the knowledge and experience in high science, clinical practice and public health with creative consumer and marketing on behalf of Pharma, biotech and medical device clients across the globe. They have offices in the UK, US and Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Highly knowledgeable about the pharma industry and its regulations.
  • Line Management Responsibilities.
  • Helping build and grow business with Management Team.
  • Encourage and support development high performing teams to deliver excellence.
  • Financial management to ensure profitability of accounts and drive organic growth and to help with forecasting and financial planning

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Good level of experience working in an agency on a range of business including on global accounts.
  • Analytical skills and ability to help develop and drive strategy and oversee client management
  • Experience in driving new business pitches.
  • Familiar working across the full spectrum of pharmaceutical PR involving data and regulatory communications

*This contract will be deemed as outside of IR35.
