Senior Vice President, Director of Client Services.

Albion Rye Associates are excited to partner with one of the worlds best pharmaceutical companies. This job role will be the most senior employee within the account services department. There are three main departments in which the SVP will be working- business building, strategic thinking, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing project ideas for development and expansion, including working alongside sister companies to boost up sales and business revenue.
  • Is up to date with current trends which include new drugs, brand endorsements and strategies. Understand the different brands, their performance, and their history. Maintain skills and knowledge about the industry and products, as well as their performance.
  • Encourages and contributes development of different brands, both domestically and globally. Utilizes the tools and resources that have been offered.
  • Ensures awareness amongst teammates and clients to build up strong rapport. Excellent communication skills between management and departments. Demonstrates an understanding of client’s visions and meetings.
  • Identifies when leadership is required to resolve issues, address team members, discuss feedback, and nurture talent and advocate staff growth.
  • Maximize profits when needed to by negotiating effectively. Contributes to overall management to help the agency with their mission. Demonstrating a strong financial acumen factoring in staffing, fees, and forecasts accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 15 years’ experience within healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
  • Launch experience.
  • Proven track record.
  • MS Office.
