Overview
While reporting to the Project lead or designee, this role will provide critical support in promoting and educating stakeholders in the assigned territory. In addition, this role will support tender business in the assigned territory and will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and developing CLM materials for Poland. Subject matter expert Veeva Engage. Train relevant internal and external stakeholders on digital/hybrid sales activities. Frequent collaboration with the associated team and other relevant resources to respond to their day-to-day sales and Multichannel activities.
Responsibilities

• Promoting customer product pipeline in the assigned territory
• Actively perform, support and participate in all forms of sales activities and promotion, provide services to existing customers and prospects
• Determine the most crucial needs of key customers and carry them out to ensure that they receive first‐class customer care and service (market intelligence)
• Interact and communicate with the clients on a regular basis to receive useful market intelligence data (protocols, habits, new clinical trials, competitive landscape)
• Develop and manage a customer network of key accounts in the relevant indication for assigned territory
• Come up with a strategy to manage the account and set objectives about the account, targeting and segmentation
• Implement the Sales Action Plan for defined region to achieve the sales targets
• Support education on customer product for prescribers, hospital pharmacists and nurses
• Represent the client at national and international congresses in collaboration with the medical affairs department

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent related experience required, plus extensive Sales, tender business and digital marketing experience in pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company
• Hospital business experience required
• Digital marketing trainer experience required
• Strong IT background required
• Proven successful Sales track record
• Outstanding account management planning and organization skills
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
• Fluent English required
