Manages resourcing discussions for all core functions within Advanced Solutions. Effectively partners with identified functional leaders to manage and support demand planning processes and resource requirements. Analyzes resource assignments, skillsets, and availability and provides recommendations for potential assignment opportunities to functional leaders/managers. Researches resourcing requests and supports the assignment of employees and consultants to projects. Ensures data integrity in all source systems. Supports and educates internal partners on use of resourcing toolsets and processes. Manages and supports rollout and adoption of all new resourcing guidelines and processes. Analyzes resource information and provides recommendations to functional leaders/managers.

  • Establishes partnerships with key functional leaders and ensures communication and sharing of information.
  • Facilitates resourcing requests and is responsible for the analysis, research, and recommendations to fill resourcing needs. Liaises with functional leaders to source needs appropriately.
  • Leads and/or supports discussions during functional resourcing calls/meetings. Actively participates in resourcing calls/meetings to gather information and action items as well as share best practices for the resourcing process. Manages confidential information regarding upcoming resource leaves, terminations, or organizational changes.
  • Escalates resourcing or process issues to Advanced Clinical senior management for assistance and resolution. Reviews and relays feedback from the functional leaders on suggested tool enhancements or process revisions.
  • Reviews and analyzes available resourcing tools to provide resourcing trends. Analyzes available data and provides detailed information to functional leaders to assist in resource assignments.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and functional team leads to ensure initial project forecast reflects accurate project timelines.
  • Reviews project roll-off timelines to assist in identifying resources for needs and proposals.
  • Analyzes therapeutic experience reports and Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and suggests resource assignments.
  • May Participates in the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new staff. Performs other work-related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).


  • Education:
    • BA/BS degree in business, management, or in the science/health care field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
    • Resource management experience including resourcing/logistics experience, preferably in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or bio-technology company.
    • Direct and relevant clinical research experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment is essential.
  • Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills and ability to continuously anticipate and solve problems using poise and effective interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet are required.
