Job responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sr. Management Team and department
- Maintain and distribute study-specific /financial reports, support with client invoicing being the contact person between Accounts Receivable and clients, support with financial monthly revenue process etc) .
- Complete and maintain expense reports, invoicing, purchase orders and department budget expenses
- Prepares and distributes client meeting minutes.
- Handle highly confidential sensitive information
- Prepare complex documents, including presentations, reports, spreadsheets, tables, listings and charts
- Involved in special projects under the direction of department management
- Develop and maintain administrative systems to increase efficiency
- Provide Oracle training to new employees and Syneos and client onboarding/off boarding processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Proactive and anticipate needs

- Willing to learn, grow and collaborate with the team
- Proficient with Excel
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Nice to have: Prior experience in roles related to operations, support, administrative support
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written as much of this role involves managing a central email account, tracking, and communicating updates to new hires, line managers, and to internal FSP Ops team)
- Needs to work well in a group setting, the FSP Ops team collaborate with each other throughout the day, they are very cohesive, we need someone who will fit well in an interactive environment
