Sales Manager UK - Obs/Gynae - LondonOur client is a small UK company, focused on selling innovative women's health products to the NHS and private health sector across England, Scotland and Wales. With a proactive and ambitious approach supported by an experienced and dedicated team, they have a highly respected innovative product portfolio that not only helps improve clinical care but also offers strategic cost savings to both maternity and gynaecology teams.They are dedicated to become the leading women's health distributor to the NHS, through the sourcing of innovative products that can make a real difference to patients and clinicians.For this exciting new role, they are looking for a motivated, self-disciplined and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their young and dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the current sales team, helping them grow revenue whilst contributing directly yourself through your own customer interactions.As such, the position can be best described as a 'player-manager' role in which the role will be split equally across management of the sales team and managing your own sales cycles. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve annual company targets. The chosen candidate will be comfortable travelling and working from their London office.You will have experience leading a goal-orientated team, providing support to more junior staff and ensuring the team achieves overall company goals. You will be disciplined, process driven but also creative and hard working.A suitable candidate will be expected to have an experience in medical sales, with managerial experience preferred. Knowledge of women's health is also preferred as there will be a steep learning curve in order to understand our innovative portfolio.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to stamp their mark on our business and work with a high performing sales team where every individual is valued.
