Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to work for one the world's leading Pharmaceutical companies.
As a Clinical Trial Assistant you will be actively working on job related tasks such as payments processing, tracking and filing. Supporting CRAs and site related documents. Administrative task with site contracts.
The position is fully office based in Prague. There might be flexibility to work 1 days from home.
The position covers 3 main responsibilities:
1) CTA - Assists in the management of study documentation and supplies during all phases of the protocol execution (start-up, maintenance and study closure).
Prepares, distributes, collects and tracks relevant documents and study supplies.
Utilizes technology effectively to support the clinical development processes.
Use of systems, applications and software (Study Management Tools, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.) to support the processes and protocol teams.
Knowledge in various processes and systems to fully support the protocol teams and clinical trial processes.
Support EC and CA submissions
2) Financial CTA - payment execution
3) Contract specialist - contract administrationQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Ideally previous experience with site contracts
Ideally previous experience with payments
Proven CTA experience in Czech Republic
Experience with financial tasks such as contract and handling payments very beneficial
Experience with eTMF very beneficial
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
Must demonstrate good computer skills
Fluency in English and Czech
