Position: Contracts and Compliance Services Line Manager

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts and Compliance Services Line Manager to support one of our Strategic Solutions client programs, to be based in EMEA. As a Contracts and Compliance Services Line Manager, you will be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients, a company that values performance, recognizes merit and has a high focus on quality. This role will involve taking line & functional management responsibility for a team of PRA employees who are outsourced to our customer. The team mostly consists of Site Contract Managers & Payment Analysts, so an understanding of, and prior experience in this function are required. 

Your role will also focus on managing the resources within the team innovatively and effectively, providing training and development opportunities to the team, hosting regular one to ones and visiting the client office as required. You will also be handling quality issues and supporting the delivery of the overall KPI’s. Other tasks will include ensuring training compliance and contributing to the recruitment process (interviewing, onboarding).

A significant part of your working day will be dedicated to interfacing with the local client affiliates (via TC’s and occasional client visits), to ensure our sponsor-dedicated employees are supported in their work and development.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced line managers who have managed teams and who are comfortable operating within a truly global environment and working effectively with new technologies.

You will have a degree in life sciences or health-related field from an accredited institution in addition to experience within a similar functional management role. 

In addition to a thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory authority regulations, the selected candidate will have a proven track record of team leadership in a similar embedded or outsourced environment. A strong operational background (site or study management) would be highly beneficial.

Demonstrable experience of working with and managing outsourced client relationships is required.
