Senior CRA – Medical Device Firm – Germany – Home-based

The opportunity exists for a Senior CRA to join a leading Medical Device company and work home-based in Germany. This company has grown from strength to strength over the last three years and has become a real market leader. As Senior CRA you will join a dynamic team working in a very exciting therapeutic area that is producing fascinating results.

This important position will see you undertaking a variety of tasks, including;

• Supporting the Line Managers assessing project feasibility, and undertaking site selection and recruitment
• Initiating study investigative sites, monitoring on-going projects, managing data queries and performing site close outs
• Conducting monitoring visits
• Ensuring accurate and timely submission of site visit reports and expense reports
• Maintaining GCP documentation for assigned trial sites within the scope of the trial contract
• Taking an active role in the project team by providing feedback and suggestions for successful completion of the project
• Coaching and mentoring less experienced CRAs to assist in their development and training

The ideal Senior CRA for this position will hold ten years’ experience within clinical research and have working knowledge of the cardiovascular or medical devices therapeutic areas. You will be required to speak German and English fluently, and any other language will be of an advantage.
