My client is a German pharmaceutical company, now expanding its business as a full-service CDMO. They are growing rapidly, and for their brand-new site in Middlesbrough, they are looking for a Proposal Manager with a high-rewarding salary.

Proposal Manager, API (Small Molecule)

Skills:
* Understand our clients' needs and use your experience and intellect to translate these into solutions, enabling you to draft compelling proposals and Sales materials.
* Management of the quotation processes for potential new customers and existing customers
* Proficient in working with numbers to develop project budgets using calculation tools and input from our subject matter experts
* Monitoring the satisfaction of customers and other departments with our proposals and suggest new ideas to increase satisfaction
* Coordination and support of all parties involved in the quotation team
* Develop offer strategies and competitor analyses in cooperation with the sales department
* Determination and analysis of offer parameters and conditions
* Preparation of quotation documents and preparation of offers
* Optimization of proposal management tools and processes

Qualifications:
* PhD or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or similar scientific university degrees required.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience,
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
* Team player and self-reliant personality with strong social skills as well as a confident appearance
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment;
* Business fluent in written and spoken English
* Readiness to travel
