Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a (Senior) Central Monitoring Associate to be based in Russia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for High Quality, and Timely collection of Essential Documents for targeted sites, from start-up (IIP) through maintenance

Support the Build and maintenance of a Site profile (Ethics/IIP) based on local regulation and requirements , informed by local knowledge and expertise and aligned with Target sites network

Understand Targeted Site Activation tools and processes.

Develop strategic and tactical plans to streamline Pfizer interactions with Targeted sites

Ensure consistency in start up processes and site documentation maintenance

Collaborate with Regulatory Operations and the Start Up Project Manager to ensure timely Site Initiation and activation

Enable continuous improvement of process and providing subject matter expertise regarding start-up process and technologiesWhat we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education

Experience on a similar position

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements

Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Moderate level of critical thinking skills expected

Ability to manage less than 25% travel
