Our Client
Our client is a leader in nasal airway and respiratory technology, and is advanced in developing a new high-yielding nasal swab that can collect samples from the nose to test for the presence of upper respiratory tract diseases, including influenza and coronavirus strains. Their nasal swab is designed for self-collection either in the home, the workplace or in a clinical setting and is responding to the significant issues that exist with current nasopharyngeal swabs which are both highly invasive and uncomfortable. Now is an exciting time as they progress their product into the local and international market.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will work with the small and highly motivated team to manage the existing sales pipeline and campaigns and support the timely release of their nasal swab technology to the market, both domestically and internationally. You will oversee the different phases of various projects, ensuring they run smoothly, monitor their progress and report back to managers. You will be hands on and agile in changing your focus, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and change as our client rapidly undergoes expansion.
  • Salesforce or other comparable comprehensive CRM experience
  • Customer service and/or sales ability and/ or sales process comprehension in the regulatory, pharmaceutical, medical or medical device space.
  • Project management of sales campaigns and product development activities
  • Clinical data and regulatory understanding
  • Understanding of validation and clinical trials studies
  • Expertise in the pathology and clinical diagnostics space globally is an advantage.

Position Requirements
  • Science/medical and/or technology field qualifications.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with a customer service/sales focus
  • Good communication and collaboration skills essential
  • Flexibility to move with changing priorities in this fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with diagnostics an advantage
  • Full responsibility and maintenance of the CRM, including entry and management reporting
  • Establishing and scheduling meetings with leads
  • Full responsibility for the sales pipeline
  • Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
