Following an internal development move, Vifor Pharma has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Support to join the BeLux team. The position is based in Breda, Netherlands and you will report to the BeLux Country Manager. As an assistant, you will be in charge of administrative tasks, participate to the fluent implementation of marketing/sales projects and be a facilitator. You will assist the BeLux Country Manager, thus discretion and confidentiality are required. Your tasks and responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to the following:

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Country Manager and Country organization 
  • Facilitate marketing/ sales projects with all internal departments
  • Coordination of travel arrangements & accommodation’s for country / congress / international meetings (with travel agency if needed)
  • Organization of country meetings. Responsible for the processing of the invoices of the country unit

 

 

Tasks: 

  • Assist Country Manager BeLux and his team in daily operations
  • Prepare and organize Country Management meetings 
  • Support National Sales Manager and Brand Managers Belgium and the National Access Manager on projects 
  • CLM administrator > CRM administrator of investment request: verify invoice amounts if necessary
  • Support development of commercial materials
  • Coordinate inventory of and distribute all commercial materials
  • Invoices: book purchase orders & goods receipts for the BeLux team with the provided coding, quotes & timelines delivered by Brand Managers and National Sales Manager.
  • Facilitate sales and marketing meetings
  • Arrange booth, travel & accommodations, registrations, briefing, stand materials, financial follow up, Mdeon approval (BE) , fiscal fiches etc. for congresses

 

 

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative / support environment
  • Commercial Degree
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral / written) in Dutch, French and the English language
  • Experience in working in a dynamic and international environment
  • Representative and professional attitude & knowledge at an academic level
  • Experience of working in cross functional projects and teams
