If you have experience managing people while managing your own workload, then this is definitely and opportunity you need to explore. For one of our long standing clients, we are currently recruiting a Regulatory Ecotoxicology Team Leader to be based anywhere in Europe.

The company is a key player within the consultancy game and has been going from strength to strength in recent years as producers continue to increase their reliance on outsourcing to CROs and Consultancies. This client can act as either a full service provider, or expert knowledge within different sections of the dossiers. This means a lot of diversity in the role and the opportunity to work on multiple projects.

Part of their strength as a full service provider lies in how the business has been set-up. They collaborate with a series of affiliates for specific studies related to the project that drastically cuts down lead times for clients. Not only does this business model provide and attractive prospect to clients, but it means you will be closer to the science and will be more technically rewarding.

Key Requirements:

• Around 15 years experience working as a Regulatory Ecotoxicologist
• Solid expertise within EU Regulation 1107/2009
• Strong track record in a Leadership position (Direct reports or Project Teams)
• Technical ability within Study Monitoring and (Higher Tier) Risk Assessments
• Strong communication skills with some client facing experience
• A professional level of English

Additional Information:

• Reporting Line: Reports into Managing Director
• Direct Reports: Managing a team of 4 with view to expansion in the future
• Location: Full Time Homeworking available or option of offices across the EU
• Salary: Based on location and experience
