We are currently recruiting for Talent Sourcing Specialist to be based in one of the following locations: Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia, Romania or Slovakia.
We are offering a fixed term contract.
As Talent Sourcing Specialist you will :
- Build and keep engaged a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, lead generation, content marketing, brand-building conversations, and ongoing relationship management using a CRM tool.
- Work with assigned business units to understand their recruiting needs and translate those needs into specific strategies and tactics
- Provide an accurate mapping information, identifying the top performing employees at competitors in anticipation of future talent needs
- Consistently evaluate current and new sourcing opportunities.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates (both passive and active), demonstrating ability to anticipate Hiring Manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- When requested - develop offer packages, working with Hiring Manager and business unit HR as appropriate to ensure competitive offers to attract the needed talent.
- Maintain ATS and CRM data on recruitment activity as required by local laws and regulations.
- Lead projects as related to recruiting initiatives such as development of candidate sell sheets, position segmentation analysis, and talent landscape profiles for specific positions
- Communicates recruiting initiatives to business unit HR, employees and hiring managers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience
- Previous proven recruiting experience, with strong emphasis on sourcing, networking and building engaged pools or talent using across software product based technologies and skill sets.
- Experience juggling multiple candidate searches and customer relationships - across EMEA.
- Demonstrated experience identifying prospective talent in anticipation of future talent needs, preferably within multiple countries.
- Strong experience using ATS and CRM.
- Ideally - excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
- Strong experience using a metric driven approach to developing, tracking and running pipeline.
- Demonstrated experience using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates, including passive candidates.
- Strong experience in sourcing from social media platforms (professional and social).
- Competency with negotiating and closing hires preferred but not essential.
