CPL have engaged with a multinational pharmaceutical business to recruit a Revenue Growth Specialist. RGM uses the key levers of price, promotion, and portfolio to drive GP acceleration across EMEA. In 2021, the EMEA RGM team will be focused on launching a new Pack Price Channel Architecture (PPCA) process across leading brands with key markets. This process aims to use data-driven insights to identify the right pack offering at the right price to win in the growth channels by meeting their current and future needs.
These newly created role will lead the Pack Price Channel Architecture projects for each brand with the local market teams, working with a clear but flexible process to identify opportunities to drive value growth or protect brand value within the marketplace through defined portfolio and channel plans.
The ideal candidates will be confident leveraging market data and analytics to shape consumer-led strategies that are commercially viable and will help the client to win in the marketplace.
These are high profile roles working with senior stakeholders so require deep commercial knowledge (sales, marketing, strategy and RGM) alongside excellent communication skills. As these roles will be supporting the launch of a new process, the individuals will need to coach local teams on the key steps and challenge the teams to develop step-changing proposals. Strong organization and project management capabilities are also required.
