As we continue to develop our centralised approach to internal hiring, we are looking for a Recruiter to expand the team and support EMEA Clinical Research hiring. We anticipate this internal recruitment team will rapidly grow to provide support across the wider EMEA TA team.

The primary aim of approaching our internal hiring in this innovative manner is to reduce the administrative workload of experienced Recruiters to enable increased focus on challenging external candidate identification and recruitment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with Hiring Managers to ensure the smooth transition of internal candidates through the internal hiring process

  • Writing and advertising job descriptions, managing internal applicants through screening and interview stage and rejecting unsuccessful candidates

  • Liaising with local HR in accordance with country specific offer processes

  • Coordinating and processing offers across EMEA via workday, ensuring compliance to policies

  • Ensuring candidates are supported through entire process and provided constructive feedback to help towards future goals

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in an administration heavy recruitment position; either as a Sourcer or Recruiter

  • A high degree of attention to detail

  • Ability to take responsibility and own a process from start to finish

  • Ability to provide data and report on recruitment activity
