Main responsibilities of the job: As Head of the Manufacturing Division producing the EDQM’s portfolio of reference standards and samples, you will oversee the implementation of manufacturing strategies, processes, planning and best practices to meet key objectives and performance targets, developing oppurtuinties whilst mitigating skills. Another key element of the role will be to manage the Division’s resources including leading and motivating the team, ensuring an effective, efficient, safe and results-oriented organisation, whilst promoting co-operation and effective synergies within the Department and with other EDQM entities.
