Job Details

A new opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Study Lead to join a leading CRO who conducts studies and provides services for customers, both pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This role will be located in London on a permanent basis.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.


Job Responsibilities
:

  • You will observe study progress to certify compliance with and adherence to both the central and site project plan and to identify, evaluate and rectify problems.
  • To support with guidance and mentoring to staff in the clinical environment, ensuring competence in performing their own and team's daily tasks.
  • Involvement in preparation, planning and execution of study related clinical activities.
  • You will collaborate with the Site Leadership Team with the clinical and logistical evaluation of proposed company clinical trials, feeding back to the study design team with key input, feedback and ideas.
  • Develop and/or review and complete study related documents.
  • You will manage and organise the development and content of study specific training. Ensure appropriate approval is obtained and training is provided to and documented for applicable staff.
  • To oversee completion of site-specific project related documentation ensuring satisfactory and accurate study administration work processes are in place at site.
  • Serve as central point of contact within Clinical Site for all study related questions, communication and information. Represents Clinical Site at all Study team meetings.
  • You will confirm that documentation is organised within deadlines and filed correctly within the site ISF.
  • Promote and comply to Company SOP's, protocols and Health and Safety Regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Have demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages at the advanced level.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to adjust communication to different target groups.

Requirements:

  • Educated at a University/college degree.
  • Demonstrated in creating and delivering technical clinical research skills training based on the study delivery needs.
  • Excellent understanding of ICH GCP & regulatory standards.
  • Wide-ranging experience within Clinical Research.
  • Excellent at safeguarding confidential information required.
  • Previously demonstrated broad working experience in clinical research setting.
  • To have the ability to work with minimal supervision and the capability to prioritise and organise work is required.
