JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director (Asset Lead) role within Syneos One will have two main responsibilities
• Provide product/asset strategy leadership in key strategic Syneos One™ client partnerships. The holder of the role will coordinate all necessary analysis and insight development required to support clinical development, real world evidence and commercialization strategy. The Asset Lead role will work in close partnership with operational teams to ensure Syneos Health (SYNH) delivers superior outcomes across the client value chain. Leverages broader consulting organization to produce the required deliverables operating in the Asset Lead role. Is expected to be comfortable communicating and delivering to C suite level at client and the Executive team at SYNH.
• Is responsible for supporting Syneos One senior leadership team in the preparation of documentation for business plans, strategy review meetings and other key meetings such as Management Business Review (MBR) and Investor Day meetings. Will also provide support in preparation of key proposals for 'transformational' deal opportunities with the RWE team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management of key operational and strategic advisory engagements across the Clinical, Real World and Commercial work streams for assets under Syneos One™ management.
• Leads the development and execution of the 'Strategic Canvas' of each managed asset.
• Leads the development and execution of the 'Asset Roadmap' for each managed asset
• For the assigned asset, serves as the key Point Of Contact for the client across our integrated solutions portfolio and provides strategic advisory services to support and shape their corporate and/or asset strategy.
• For the assigned asset, coordinates strategic consulting engagements across clinical, real world late phase and the commercial elements of the client value chain. On an asset-by-asset basis, leads the development of the 'Case for Approval', 'Case for Use', 'Case for Reimbursement' and Commercialization strategy.
• Will typically operate within a strategic partnership model and must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed management model with various other strategic and operational disciplines.
• Within the broader SYNH marketing group, ensures consistency of presentations, messages and execution of Marketing Strategy as it relates to Syneos One™, and RWLP.
• Supports transition of opportunities identified through the Syneos One™ group to the Syneos One™ Client Engagement team.
• Supports the Syneos One™ Client Engagement Lead (CEL) in securing relationships with new, prospective Syneos One™ target accounts and/or opportunities.
• Supports the RWLP team on key 'transformational' deal opportunities/proposals, including strategy development and solution design
• Tracks and reports on all customer strategy planning activities and ensures all operational teams engaged in delivery with the client are appraised and aligned with overall asset objectives.
• Participates in both short and long-term planning for all aspects of operations and growth for Syneos One and RWLP. Contributes operational input to other departments as appropriate, including developing and distributing appropriate reports to executive management.
• Develops, collects, and analyzes project metrics; holding project reviews. Develops and refines operational and project management processes as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Travel may be required.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS degree in Business, or equivalent education and experience
• Keen understanding of/experience in full product development lifecycle is 'preferred'
• Superior Project Management skills and key stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Above average attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational, interpersonal, communication and team-oriented skills.
• The ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary.
• Comfortable working and leading in a highly matrixed environment and must be comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.
