Job Details
This role is an ideal stepping-stone for current University students or fresh graduated looking to gain some industry experience. This position will provide exposure to hands-on experience working with a group of experienced sales professionals, potential customers, and other professionals within our organization.
Global Inside Sales Intern projects vary, your typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:
- Research and generate lists of potential customers – Linked In, Zymewire, BioPharma Insight, Google Alerts/Searches
- Perform Outreach activity to potential customers
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
- Help develop client relationships through early engagement
- Learn and apply sales techniques
- Maintain sales records – CRM - SalesForce
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Enrolled in a University program – preferably focused on Business or Healthcare/Life Sciences
- Experience with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient data entry skills/typing
- Proper phone etiquette
- Able to self-direct
- Availability to work full time for 3 months
