Here at Syneos Health, we are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to work sponsor dedicated. You will have the chance to work in exciting studies.

This position is based at Montrouge with Home Based days.

The position is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and technical administrative support to one or more business units or clients within Clinical Operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with study team and regional manager to support them with operational activities.
  • Assisting study team in the ongoing planning, execution and close out of the study.
  • Providing ongoing administrative support to study team members and other managers
  • Supporting colleagues in tracking study progress in various studies
  • Responsible for managing the study documentation (tracking, filing, collecting relevant study information)
  • Ability to collaborate with Site Staff to resolve daily administrative issues.
  • Assist study team in coordinating the planning start up, management and monitoring activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining effective communication and working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Qualifications:
  • Master degree in a field of Life Science, Medicine, Clinical Research, Pharmacy.
  • A minimum 2 years of previous experience as a CTA at a pharma company or CRO
  • Good knowledge of country regulations, ICH GCP-guideline.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, and precise in delivery of quality work even when under time pressure.
  • Ability to manage the multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication skills
  • Good level of English (written &verbal communication skills)
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
