Senior Market Access and Reimbursement Manager Europe- Frankfurt am Main (m/w/d)

i-Pharm Consulting is currently partnered with a leading American Medical Device firm based in Frankfurt am Main and they are in search of a Senior Market Access and Reimbursement Manager for the European Region. The Senior Market Access and Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for all the strategies and actions to ensure adequate public funding and access to CCM therapy products and for several target European Countries. Furthermore this position comes with leadership development, as the Senior Manager will have the opportunity to develop and build up the market access team at the firm.

THIS POSITION IS A FULLY OFFICE BASED POSITION WITHOUT EXCEPTION

Requirements:

Leading the formal submission process to gain reimbursement in target European countries. Coordinating with local advisors in reimbursement submissionsLeadership of market access and reimbursement strategies for CCM therapy products in target European countriesContinuing monitoring and assessment of therapy funding regulationsEstablishing and maintaining professional relationship with the CCM stakeholders and KOLs across target European countries Contributing Market Access and Reimbursement content to the Business PlanDeveloping Market Access and Reimbursement content for the projected new product in the pipeline aligned with Company strategy.Building and leading the appropriate market access training and education to company Sales Team Establishing effective collaboration with clinical, regulatory, marketing and administrative departments of the company Effective management of Market Access and Reimbursement budget and team.

Education

Master's Degree or equivalent and higher degree required.

Required

Knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in the Market Access and Reimbursement area for medical device business.Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships;Excellent oral and written communications skills;Knowledge of the process and requirements for local submissions and willingness to continuously monitoring changes in this fast developing fieldWorking knowledge and understanding of the financial aspects of structuring an agreement.
