DETAILS:

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Remote working initially (whilst restrictions are in place) then office based in Surrey

THE ROLE:

  • This position will assume responsibility for the preparation, maintenance and tracking of Global Safety Agreements.
  • Manages, prepares, maintains and reviews Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) and other Third-Party Agreements (e.g. vendor, intercompany agreements)
  • Enter agreement data and perform Quality Control in the Global Agreements Tracking tool
  • Supports internal and external partners related to agreement matter
  • Acts as contact point for business partners, other departments, third-party provider(s) and authorities regarding agreements
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of agreement related standard operating procedures (SOPs), working instructions (WIs), templates and trackers
  • Supports additional activities related to third-party relationships, agreements and back-up for other GPRM related tasks
  • Direct reporting to Global Agreements Manager
  • Back-up to the Local Person for Pharmacovigilance

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Nurse or Pharmacist of Health Science Degree preferred 
  • Experience in Pharmacovigilance required, 2 years experience preferred
  • Experience in safety agreement preparation or regulatory affairs desired
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Only candidates with existing right to work in the UK/EU will be considered
