Working in a sizeable project management team and reporting to the Director, you will take ownership of product specific projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of patients, customers and the employer.
Our client has asked us to help them find a team player and someone who would enjoy working within a “family culture” where everyone rolls their sleeves up and pulls together to deliver the projects to key criteria.
Responsibilities will include:
- Set-up and delivery of projects with a high attention to detail and service.
- Cross functional team leadership.
- Act as a POC for customers and vendors.
- Manage shipments of drugs to appropriate sites around the world.
- Protocol training and review and approval of relevant regulatory and administrative documents.
- Project finance management (budgets management, invoicing etc)
They are open to hiring at a PM or SPM level for those with highly suitable experience.

Progression within the team structure is encouraged and it is also very possible to move within the company into other teams as part of your development plan.
Batchelors Degree or potentially Registered Nurse.
Early access, named patient and/or late phase clinical project management experience.
After an induction period – the ability to work from their office (South East, UK) at least two days per week.
Advantageous - At least two years’ experience in monitoring and management of clinical research projects
Organised and communicative character.
