Position Summary / Objective:
 

As Clinical Research Associate is part of the Clinical Operations Department. In this position, you will be able to extend your therapeutic, geographic or study exposure. Even it will provide you with the opportunity of finding a future beyond monitoring with our development opportunities. Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits and work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plans
  • Establishing high- impact communication lines with assigned Investigators, administering study related training, fostering a partnership approach and facilitating study conduction
  • Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations  – escalating quality issues as appropriate.
  • Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrolment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans

Our ideal candidate: Requirements

  • CRA certification according to the MD 15/11/2011.
  • Previous experience as CRA with independent monitoring experience of (at least) 1,5 years.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must!
  • Location: Home based.
  • Must be able to travel in accordance with company and project requirements.
