Job Details
What you will be doing
- Development of image analysis algorithms.
- Absorb and maintain existing codebase.
- ImageJ based GUI for analysis.
- Implement and wrap public algorithms or prototypes.
- Maintain and ensure good quality code, write test-cases and document
Your Profile
- MS or BS (with experience) or relevant qualification
- Image analysis experience, use of ImageJ API is desirable but not essential.
- Highly proficient in Java - essential. Proficiency in C++ is desired.
- GUI Development and AI-based Algorithms experience
- Experience with version control systems
We are looking for someone with not only technical skills but an hands-on individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and with a passion to work in diverse and motivated teams. We need someone who can work in English (C1) and German language skills are a plus.
