Do you have the skills set to develop an integrated and strategic global disease publication plan, lead a team and engage with senior management on strategic publication issues?

This role will also require the delivery of the medical, scientific, and technical publications for assigned therapy area. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of the publication plans by adhering to the publication SOP and work plans.

Strong leadership and ability to work with large cross-functional teams to communicate scientific data through peer-reviewed publications to the global healthcare community is key to this role.

The candidate will be required to have a scientific PhD, PharmD or Medical qualification and the following experience:

• Direct work experience in scientific publications with the ability to think innovatively regarding publications, publication process and long-term publication utilization and expertise in Publication Planning and execution. Clear understanding of current publication environment, ICMJE, GPP3, and other global guidelines related to publications, scientific data communication, and transparency standards would be key to securing this role.

• Previous Team Management experience is essential - the ability to lead, teach and mentor a team to execute publication plans.

• Ability to engage with senior leadership and influence strategic decision making on topics regarding publication planning, data dissemination, and data disclosure requirements.

Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 Per annum + Car Allowance /Shares /Excellent Benefits package
