Synexus is one of the largest clinical trial organisations in the world. We are looking for an exceptional networker to join us at our clinical site in North Tees as a Clinical Relations Specialist.

Your role will be to engage with health professionals and stakeholders across the region to help us recruit participants for our clinical trials.

Key roles and responsibilities of the Clinical Relations Specialist are:
  • Work closely with the UK CRS team to share ideas and feedback and develop creative and effective recruitment strategies for studies.
  • To develop and deliver a recruitment strategy for your area to ensure Synexus reaches the numbers and quality of participants required for our studies.
  • Expand your network by developing and nurturing relationships with clinicians at primary and secondary care, patient advisory groups, and other stakeholders to help us achieve our study targets.
  • Identify other NHS and commercial organisations to promote Synexus studies and build a network of specialist consultants in key therapeutic areas to help identify potential participants for research studies.
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions and other engagement opportunities to promote Synexus with confidence, knowledge and authority and expand our reach.
  • Prepare appropriate and effective mailshots and recruitment materials by working with key stakeholders such as GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Hospital Consultants and Synexus teams.
  • Complete accurate weekly study progress reports.
  • Maintain and update all databases.
  • Handle patient information in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
  • Comply with all regulatory, corporate, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Keep up to date with local and national healthcare news, issues and guidance.


Qualifications:

  • Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
