Marketing Manager - Pharamceutical

My client, a small consulting house are seeking a credible marketing manager to join their highly successful company with a focus on digital marketing for the pharmaceutical industry. With over 10 years delivering branding, therapeutic and portfolio strategy their up in the top consulting firms of their size in the UK. The right candidate will be available at short notice for a permanent role.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies and materials for thought leadership and client outreach, including marketing collateral, congress strategy, CRM strategy, publications and speaking engagements.

• Plan, manage, and optimize all digital workflows, including drafting content for all communication channels (and ensuring GDPR compliance) and developing social media plans.

• Analyze data to determine efficiency of various programs.

• Regular review and update of marketing material.

• Develop and communicate to the senior team marketing plans and project recommendations.

Knowledge

• High level of computer literacy required with the proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and web analysis tools.

Skills/attributes

• Self-starter, with proven ability to work independently.

• A high degree of interpersonal skills with an ability to work well in team settings. Proficient in both written and verbal communications.

• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry (dependent on experience).

• Digital marketing experience (B2B) across channels, including social, email, web alongside experience of measuring and analyzing performance data.

Circumstances

• London based but with potential for travel.

• Flexibility is required in respect to working hours depending upon differing time zones and ensuring project deliverable deadlines are met.
