We are currently recruiting for a SIA-STM Director to join our team in EMEA, working remotely. In this role you will provide subject matter expertise and consulting, including technical/project leadership across all regions for effective operations, delivery of site activation targets/measures (e.g. cost, quality, time) and the effective development and implementation of systems, process and policies for the group. As a SIA-STM Director you will collaborate with business leads cross-functionally to achieve project goals, provides strategic direction, and foster a high-performance culture through leadership. This role ensures that individual project targets are met, clients are satisfied, and services are provided with the highest quality standards and policies and procedures are followed, cultivates strategic relationships globally and acts a representative across the function and client groups. You will contribute to and lead initiatives and strategies across the function or organization to optimize service delivery.


T o be considered for this position you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • 10 year + start up experience or equivalent that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the role
  • Extensive global experience including programme level experience
  • BDM Experience
  • Initiative/Workstream/Change Management Experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Financial Management experience
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads, motivate teams and collaborate effectively
  • Have a solution focussed mindset and ability to analyse data to a high level
